CONDITIONS OF STUDENTS SELF-REALIZATION IN THE PROCESS OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION

The article describes the results of a study of the phenomenon of students self-realization in the University training on the basis of four higher education institutions of Belgorod (technological, humanitarian, economic, legal). Reveals the basic components of self-realization and their measurements at the students of various universities. The first component – a personal involvement in training, it means interest to study, satisfaction with education, training value, desire to comprehend a profession, and also participation and absorption of students in training in the chosen higher education institution. This component reflects activity aspect of self-realization of students and, as showed data, a half of students has averages and above average value on this aspect. The second component – realization of abilities in training, it means development of potential of students, possibility of the best self-knowledge and self-expression in education, disclosure of abilities and talents in training. Fully this aspect of self-realization was found less than at a half of students that points to difficulties with understanding of students inquiries in university practice. This component reflects personal aspect of self-realization. The third condition – social integration in university training. This component means attention to the identity of the student, the help from university, feeling of a community, mutual assistance and mutual support in the student’s environment, the importance and fortress of friendly relations, the trust and respect atmosphere, etc. Research revealed the raised estimates of this component which reflects social aspect of self-realization of students in university education.
