Realisation of the strategy of state young politics in Russian Federation actualises at home increase of the level of the involvness of the youth to activity of volunteers organisations. Satisfaction of given need is impossible without implementation to practice of control of volunteers organisations of the recruitment technologies, accounting specific features of the domain of charge-free labour. In this connection necessary condition is development of mobilisation practices of volunteers organisations. Relevance of development of mobilisation practices of young volunteers organisations proceeds, first, from necessity of the organisation of voluntary labour of the youth, indication of effective initiative of the youth in the decision of the problems of the people required of aid and support; secondly, increases of quantitative and improvement of qualitative composition of the volunteer workers aimed to long-term voluntary activity; thirdly, revealing and justification of promising recruitment technologies young people enabling to overcome nonreadiness / youth unwillingness to enter to the domain of voluntary labour.
