THE SPECIFICITY OF SCIENTIFIC MOTIVATION OF YOUNG REGIONAL UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS: ADAPTED FROM THE SOCIAL RESEARCH

As the research has confirmed, the tendency to raise own occupational level is illustrative of the professional group of young professors and scientists, primarily it’s associated with the desire to raise their social status in society. The realization possibility of occupational mobility of young scientists in universities is faced with a range of factors and risks; among which there are subjective and objective factors. To form steady motivation to scientific research among young professors and scientists in universities is necessary to create particular conditions, including: = prestige rise of institutional science; = stimulation of youth participation in research activity; = attraction of young representatives in institutional science to a constant process of scientific innovation activity and inventive creation; = youth implication in scientific projects and development, which are directed to determine relevant objectives in various directions of science, as a priority oriented both for universities and/or the region and for the state in whole.
