QUALITY OF TRAINING OF UNIVERSITY GRADUATES FOR RUSSIAN OIL AND GAS SECTOR

The paper presents the results of the survey «The quality of graduate training in TSOGU”, during which the basic preferences of employers - businesses of the Tyumen region were revealed. The authors substantiated the need for continuous research and monitoring evaluation of the graduates, their prospects for career growth within what they know, their skills, competencies and formed personal abilities in the mirror of public opinion of the employers, i.e. - companies of oil and gas industry. The results of the study presented in this paper indicate that the vast majority of experts evaluated fairly high level of education in Tyumen State Oil and Gas University which is a major university - supplier of oil and gas training; oil and gas companies consider it highly efficient educational institution with a strong material and technical base, highly qualified teaching staff, which allows to provide multi-level vocational training based on leading innovative educational and learning technologies.
