PARENT SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION: SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Inclusion in the system of monitoring such indicators as the satisfaction of the participants of the educational process, its various parties quite vividly describes the personally-oriented focus of the educational institution allows to define problematic issues, to adjust the plans of the University in terms of improving the quality of provided educational services. The study of parents’ opinions on the quality of educational services is relevant because of its long neglect, which led to a number of problems currently faced by universities and the education system as a whole. Satisfaction analysis allows parents to monitor the quality of services provided in their dynamics, identifying shortcomings in the organizational nature, to propose measures to eliminate or minimize them. The results obtained during the research of satisfaction of consumers of educational services they provide an opportunity not only to diagnose the quality of the educational process, but also effectively manage them.
