To date monoparental parent families are in a difficult economic and social situation. Evidence of this are: the low benefits that are perceived rather as a measure, the main function of which lies in the fact that a state could express support for motherhood than the real economic assistance, unsatisfactory level of housing and the lack of real prospects for improvement of living conditions; difficulty in obtaining alimony support for divorced women, vulnerable women with minor children in the labor market, the discriminatory effects for employment, the difficulties of returning to work after the birth of the child and leave to care for him, the problem of combining motherhood and professional activities because of the aggravated situation in nursery school and others. In the last two or three years, the problems of families and children at the state level has been paid more attention, yet monoparental parent families, it is lacking. It is essential that family policy has been focused on creating the conditions under which single mothers would be able to provide for their own family, and not depend on the meager benefits.
