MODELLING THE PROCESS OF ENTRYING INTO EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITY BY GRADUATERS OF REGIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The theoretical model of process of occurrence into labor activity of graduates of regional higher education institution is constructed and analysed. Efficiency of this model is proved. The analysis of problems which excite seniors and students of higher education institution is carried out. Production and predegree practicians of students are considered as one of the most important mechanisms of occurrence into employment, and also as one of forms of social and psychological and professional adaptation of future young specialists. Prospects of employment of graduates of a higher educational institution on a regional labor market are considered. It is polled the found a job young specialists who have received higher education, and also representatives of their employer. Features of adaptation of graduates of higher education institution on the first workplace are found out, problems are defined which young specialists face. The main requirements stated by representatives of the enterprises and the organizations, to graduates of higher education institution are formulated.
