RESEARCH OF STUDENS ATTITUDE TO CROSS-CULTURAL INTERACTION IN THE CONTEXT OF HIGH EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the current problem of efficient cross-cultural interaction. The article describes main results of social research, defining the students’ attitude to cross-cultural interaction in the education and “city” culture, performed by TUSUR in 2012. The aim of this research was analysis and evaluation of factors, influencing on efficient comfortable cross-cultural interaction indicators. The article concludes that the level of conflict potential is significant and it can destroy the stability of multinational students’ area. Near about third part of students has unstated opinion and it can be joined to the students with tolerant attitude or to the students with intolerant attitude. The authors point that additional charge of education on society harmonization, salving conflicts and discrepancies obliges pedagogic collectives to form general cultural competence on efficient cross-cultural interaction at students. The article proposes the mechanism of universities interaction with national-cultural groups for doing collaborative work on forming tolerant attitude in the context of high education.
