We made a critical analysis of the problem of elaboration of organizational culture in an educational institution. The need to improve educational institution organizational culture and management processes of its development. Was justified insufficient application of organizational theory in teaching practice and the underestimation of the role of organizational culture in the management of educational institutions lead to an exacerbation of the contradictions in the theory and practice of organizational activities of the teaching staff . Many of the problems and conflicts that are perceived by the school authorities as due to personal characteristics of individual employees, are in fact the phenomenon of group behavior on the basis of the prevailing stereotypes in the team, that is due to the nature of the organizational culture. The successful management of the organizational culture of the school can be achieved only by means of an integrated approach that takes into account and not only the external aspects of the perceived culture of the organization.
