ORGANIZATIONAL-TECHNOLOGICAL PROVIDING OF THE EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF THE INSTITUTION OF TUTORSHIP IN RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES

The article proves the position about the necessity of improvement of the Institution of tutorship with the help of technological management of institutionalization of the Institute. The theme of the research is determined by: firstly, high regulatory raising, forming potential of the Institution of tutorship, the search for mechanisms of its optimization and modernization, the possibility of expansion of the social perception of the corporate culture of the institution; secondly, the need for effective management of the institutionalization of coaching through the optimization of the regulatory, Supervisory, organizational functions and their social technology. Are the data of the author’s sociological research. The study was conducted in 2010 and 2012, according to one and the same indicators. This gave the author an opportunity to trace the development trends of the Institution of tutorship. The conducted research made it possible to outline the problem areas of activity of the Institute, associated first of all with the imperfect system of evaluation of work of curators, the personal qualities of the curator, lack of motivation curators. The author offers social technologies, containing ten components: 1) organization; 2) technology; 3) personnel; 4) communication; 5) the scientific-methodical; 6) information-analytical; 7) teacher training; 8) psychological; 9) motivational; 10) the evaluation. The author is recommended for use by the Dynamics of formation of the socio-moral maturity of the curator of the student group to measure the readiness of the curator to work with students.
