EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AS A FACTOR IN THE PUNISHMENT SYSTEM HUMANIZATION

In the article approaches to definitions “resocialization”; “resocialization of condemned” in theoretical and methodological aspect are considered; experience of approbation of experimental model of receiving higher education by the persons being in correctional facilities, as a factor of their resocialization is described. The article is devoted to consideration of the questions connected with use of social and educational technologies in the course of resocialization of persons, being in establishments of criminal and executive system. On the basis of direct practical experience on implementation of the program of higher education on the basis of establishments of an execution of the punishment the vision of the system of higher education of the condemned is presented in article. On the basis of the sociological analysis (the method of focus groups) features of influence of education on objective and subjective factors of the process of resocialization of the identity of the condemned are revealed. Education of the condemned has to be directed not only on development of certain skills, abilities and knowledge within professional level, but also on positive change of the valuable and standard installations motivating the personality to become the full-fledged citizen of the state and the member of society.
