DEVELOPMENT OF PAID MEDICAL SERVICES MARKET IN THE TYUMEN REGION

This article reflects the analysis of the current state of the national health system, particularly the functioning of the Russian health care system in the transformation of the traditional institution . We consider the real aspects of the financing of the sector in the present and future tense expressed in numbers. On the basis of representative data for Sociological studies determined the ratio of the population of the Tyumen region to their own health, to public health services, satisfaction with the services provided, an assessment of the level of demand in the emerging market of paid medical services in the Tyumen region, identified populations which have the willingness to pay for medical services. These sociological research is combined with the statistical data reflecting the incidence of population size and dynamics of paid medical services in the Tyumen region. The causes of the protracted crisis in the health care system, offered two ways out of this situation , highlighted the positive aspects of the commercialization of medical services.
