THE ROLE OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN A PROFESSIONAL RESOCIALIZATION OF UNEMPLOYED

The author analyzes and compares different approaches to the definition of educational services in the system of sociological knowledge. A comprehensive, systematic analysis of the place and role of educational services in a professional resocialization of the unemployed was determined. The influence of social change on social and labor issues, in particular on the specific educational services for the unemployed. The author examines the educational services as a two-way process - as the basis for the formation of human capital and the process of implementation of the various types of social actions of the subjects of the educational sphere. The author argues the characteristics of educational services and determine their main features and differences, and also determines the possibility of their use in the course of professional resocializationand labor issues was determined, in a particular - the specific of the educational services for the unemployed.
