ANALYSIS OF THE REACTION OF INTERNET USERS TO THE SOCIALLY SOUND CHANGES IN LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The work presents the results of the study of the discussions in social networks, blogs and forums of issues related to the introduction and adoption in Russian parliament (State Duma) of bills which have big social response in Russia. The article provides data of analysis of the reaction of the online community for the bills adopted in Russia during 2013. Among these bills are so called Law on Defense of Religious Feelings, Anti-Tobacco Law, The Law Defending Children from Promotion of Homosexual Relations. Social media monitoring service IQBuzz was used as a tool for the study. This tool gives the possibility to search over full number of posts in social media (social networks, blogs and forums of Russian segment of Internet). The article gives an overview both of the scale of the discussions in each of the above mentioned topics, and also shows main active discussion platforms for each topic and demographic specific of the audience involved in discussions of each bill in social media.
