DEVIATIONS IN LABOR SPHERE: THE DICHOTOMY MANIFESTATIONS

Authors of article «Deviations in labor sphere: the dichotomy manifestations» S. G. Anisimova, O. S. Yakovleva, N. A. Kurchatov consider deviations as the various social phenomen connected with psychology of the personality, being shown in behavior of persons and groups. Authors emphasize multidimensional nature of deviations, negative and positive characteristics. Besides, it is specified that there are the massovidny deviations having neutral character and not defiant by protest or condemning reaction from society. The article analyzes the recognized typology of deviant behavior, which makes it possible to present the spectrum of deviations in the modern world. Based on the functionalist theory of Robert Merton, rational choice theory, G. S. Becker and other concepts identified positive and negative aspects of deviations in the sphere of work. The authors focus on innovative, creative role of deviations, which is manifested in different behavioral strategies of the worker.
