ANALYSIS OF DRUG SITUATION AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN THE REGION

Assessment of drug situation in some regions of Russia is an important condition to the formation of an adequate anti-drug policy, the development of an effective set of preventive measures. Drug addiction is a multidimensional phenomenon, which stands at the intersection of different disciplines.Sociological aspect allows seeing the real extent of drug use, knowing the ratio of the population, etc. In modern and dynamically developing society drug addiction takes on not only the enormous scale, but takes on new distribution terms. In Tyumen region remains a high crime rate in the area of drug trafficking. This means that the current set of preventive measures become irrelevant and ineffective. To the effectiveness of measures is maximized for society, it is necessary to monitor annually the drug situation in each region of the country.
