STAFF TRAINING FOR THE OLYMPIC GAMES IN SOCHI AS A TRAINING SCHOOL FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Describes the status of preparation of the various categories of staff for the Olympic Games in Sochi. Special attention is concentrate on the training of employees in the hospitality, volunteer training and language training for all personnel serving Olympics. Has accumulated valuable experience in the preparation of such staff it will be corrected by the practice of the Olympic Games. It is emphasized that the experience of training, especially the training of hotel, catering, parking lots, drivers and other service areas, will raise the level of professionalism. Implementation experience will enhance the competitiveness of Sochi as a resort city. It is proposed distribution of experience. Recommended some methods of distribution experience, such as a cascade, and distance learning. It is very important for the development of the Krasnodar region, as it contributes to the competitiveness of the resort areas.
