EXPERT ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY TO COUNTERACTION OF DRUG ABUSE IN BELGOROD REGION

The sociological research allows authors to determine the attitude of experts to the problem of drug addiction in the Belgorod region. Experts were made by the employees of the agencies involved in the prevention of and the fight against drug addiction in the region. The criterion for the selection of experts was the experience of work on prevention of drug addiction. The analysis of expert estimations of efficiency of actions for prevention of drug abuse in the region showed that the experts prefer activities that will conduct and organize measures, involving the media and public organizations, associations, according to the experts, do not bring the same positive result. The majority of experts prefer to administrative tools to combat drug addiction. The second-most – treatment-and rehabilitation measures, and further intensification of preventive work with youth.
