SOCIOCULTURAL ADAPTATION PROBLEM OF MIGRANTS IN RUSSIA

This article deals with one of the problems most actual for modern Russia – an external migration problem and generated by it social practices of migrants interaction with accepting society. Irrespective of the migratory policy concept accepted in this or that country, relationship by a «friend-or-foe» principle and problems of sociocultural and national identity are the topic of discussions and the subject of researches. In this context, important concept is the social adaptation as the most important process of migrants and accepting society interaction. If socialization as a whole includes all experience of social human life, social adaptation can be understood as change of some installations which aren´t denying the previous social experience.From the point of view of the sociological analysis, research of social adaptation of migrants have to answer a question: under what conditions the personality or group (migrants) choose the optimum adaptation strategy, allowing to avoid the international social conflicts. Current trends in migratory policy are directed on effective regulation of external and internal migratory processes according to the general regularities of social and economic development, requirements of branches of a national economy and sociocultural dynamics. Problems of migration demand additional attention to them standard legal to regulation and scientific judgment.
